My pot set arrived yesterday 11-28-2022. I loved the way the set was packaged. I had a tiny dent in the meter frame of the large pot. It doesn’t deminshed the full glowing appearance of the entire set. I’m in Awe with the entire set. I can’t wait to use it for the Christmas holiday. The steamer is a bonus. I allmost missed the opportunity to purchase this when the price went down. I was able to get it when it came back in stock....whew.

Mesmerized 🤎

This is a non stick pan. I enjoy using them on a daily basis. So far no complaints. They are easy to clean. Did i mention great value for the price i strongly recommend!

Great value for the money!

I love the designs of the pans and the neutral color. The handles %26 lid handles are very unique and attractive.  It's my very first time cooking on a stove with induction heat, so it takes some time to get used to it. The first time using the larger skillet, it was a little bit discolored after the first use, but I think it's because the pan needed some oil in it as recommended by, the stove manufacturer. I'm used to cooking on regular electric stove where you can preheat your pan and it's my understanding that with induction heat, you're not supposed to preheat the pans before use. Other than that they are very sturdy.  I purchased the cooking utensils to match by the same brand and I love the set! The other thing that is pretty unique about these pans, are that they have a belt in spout on the side for draining the liquid after cooking, if needed needed. The picture on the far right is the one where the pan got too hot from trying to preheat it and it did discolor a little bit.

Induction Compatible

I've had these pots and pans for about 4 months now and am very impressed. I have no complaints so far. I've purchased nonstick pans in the past, and they've alway come up short, so always been pretty weary of the phrase from past experiences. My husband however fell for it and purchased these as a gift; though I objected, he went ahead and bought them and I am so glad he did! They're truly nonstick and have become my everyday pans. I make Korean pancakes and it's a nightmare cooking them on my other pans. With these, they don't stick at all and they come out crispy and perfect. To top it off they're very pretty to look at. Very happy with this buy and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Had for 4 months

It's an excellent set of pans. Beautiful one. I was afraid to have my collection with stains and spots during the first days (due to some reviews), but it didn't happen. I use it often, and now I retired my stainless steel set. It has an excellent heat distribution and definitely doesn't stick to food. I cook all sort of foods, usually handwashing, because it's pretty easy, almost remove the fat with a soft sponge. So far, after nearly one year, neither stains nor cracks.

The quality of the set is great, I have been using it for 2 months and there are no problems at all. It is easy to use, and food nice

But, I have a really big problem, the lid of a large pan absolutely does not fit the pan itself, as a result, the pan does not close! It makes me angry, maybe the seller will be able to answer how it happened? And what should I do with that

Good set, just one issue

The color of the pans are pretty. However, after multiple uses the color distorts due to heat causing the color to turn brown. Water gets into the handles when cleaning causing the “wood” handles to expand, resulting in the handles to bubble %26 becomes hot. It's more of a decor aesthetic.

Not for cooking—-decor items

On the second day of use the handle part got burned and is very noticeable, I feel like they can only be used on electric stoves not gas stoves because I have the regular gas stove and the pots handle got burn and got me very disappointed.

Not to happy about it.

I love the pots and pans, the reason for the 1 star is that the big pot has handles that heat up just like the pot itself. I burned myself and almost dropped it on my glass stove top. I wrote to the Company and never heard back from them. this was my second set, the first one has different handles that dont get hot. So this one here is a bad one to use. I added pictures of both to see the difference. If it wasnt for that handles on the pot on the left this would deserve a 5 star. Since I have not gotten any return message or call from Manufacturers I say Customer service is a -0

Buy this if you only need for a few months. If you accidentally have stain on the back of pots or pans, it's impossible to remove them. Also the coating started coming off after a few gentle use on three out of five things. I'll call Carrot to give a refund because that is false advertisement!!
